Every time I would throw in the towel I would have a bottle of wine and binge on all the foods I would over restrict on my last failed diet attempt

The moment that changed me, happened the last night I over did it on a binge like this 

2 bottles of wine and about 1/2 block of cheese & crackers down 
I lost EVERYTHING, literally and metaphorically

I threw up every ounce of wine, I lost my mental strength and that night I promised myself

I was going to give EVERYTHING this time and not only make the change happen but MAKE IT LAST 

I restructured my daily routine to include consistency while eliminating the habits that I knew were working against me all along.

This is what helped me lose OVER 70lbs and keep it off 
This approach has allowed me to maintain my weight loss & continue to transform my physique over the last 4 years while also navigating life to include moving 5 times
