Why are more people not in better shape if there are so many ways to get healthy in  ___days?

Over the last year I had a very spontanious friend tell me that I am a "creature of habit" and that they can ALWAYS count on me to have a plan

I used to ping-pog around and keep a sticky note of To- Do items on the back of my cell phone.

Can you imagine, an adult... living by a sticky note

 

Having habits and structure built into my daily/weekly/monthly routine has brought mental clarity, freedom and calmness.

 

Ive been able to pick up new hobbies and work on ALLI.  Who would have guessed such a simple change in structure could change so much.
